G1: Application Update
Time to update my application list on my G1:
Top Apps: Nothing changed in this category - NewsRob, the best Google Reader App on the G1, period. Astrid (with RTM Sync) for taskmanagement. iStockManager (with Ameritrade integration) to get rich 
WeatherChannel to not get wet. Scoreboard for live score updates (Bundesliga, NFL, etc.)
Messaging/Twitter Stuff: As I use multpile identities (strange, isn’t) I not run iTweet and Twidroid as well as twt. Posting with PingDroid via Ping.fm, Pics go on the air usign PixelPipe. Blog News for WordPress are created with PostBot.
Multimedia: I’m back to the standard music player installed on the G1. All the other apps do not a much value. And most of them got big and slow like the Titanic. But still in frequent use are SnapPhoto Pro for taking picture, Shazam for music identification (very impressiv app…).
GPS/Travel Apps: Google Maps is cool, but AndNav2 with offline maps is not bad at all, RadAlert a must. Places Directory from Google now replaced a bunch of other location based apps.
Other: Pkt Auction eBay to stay in sync with mother ebay, Wapedia to lern new stuff. As Babyphone NoiseAlert gets the job done (in case you have kids and hate traditional baby phones). Edit the browser Bookmarks withBookmarker.
Tools: I added ToggleSetting to my G1, and trust me, I tried them all… ToggleSettings gets as closed to my requirements, not perfect, but gets the job done. In additio NetCounter (I have “just” a 1 Gig Data Packet and Advanced Taks Manager close this section out.
Last but not least: For the next 2 weeks month, PregnancyTicker is a daily used app on my G1
