My OS crashed yesterday and AT&T was no help at all (big surprise huh). They told me that I can either use an older phone or buy a new one. I called them back today to ask why I wasn't told about the hard reset and the CS person had no idea what I was talking about. I'm still pissed that I lost a lot of great pics of my kids including a video of my oldest tying his shoe lace for the first time but I have a friend who's resending it to me so it's all good.
